- 초록
- Background Left ventricular (LV) involvement is frequently observed in arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ACM). We investigated the association of LV myocardial assessment using cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) with clinical outcomes including heart failure (HF)-related events ACM. Methods and Results retrospectively analyzed 60 patients ACM between 2005 2020 according to 2010 Task Force Criteria assessed HF-related (HF hospitalization, transplantation, death) tachycardia events. CMR findings late gadolinium enhancement (LGE) all subjects obtained mapping values (native T1, extracellular volume, T2) on 30 (50%) out them. Among study population (mean age 49 years, 77% male), 41 (68%) had LGE. During a median follow-up 34 months, there were 13 (22%) events, 20 (30%) Kaplan-Meier survival analysis revealed that occurred only LGE (+) (versus (-), log-rank P=0.006), not significantly different regarding right (log-rank P>0.999). When categorized by value for each parameter, more higher native T1 lower P=0.002), T2 T2, volume P=0.002). However, no significant differences these markers. Conclusions imaging markers associated event risk
