초록
The purpose of this study was to evaluate failed implants and reimplantation survival identify the relative risk factors for implant re-failure.Ninety-one dental were extracted between 2006 2020 at National Health Insurance Service Ilsan Hospital, including 56 in maxilla 35 mandible that removed from 77 patients. Patient information (e.g., age, sex, systemic diseases) surgical date surgery location bone grafts) recorded. If an prosthesis used, also recorded. In total, 91 first-time patients analyzed. Of them, 69 61 received after failure. Sixteen (22 implants) refused or a different site. Eight reimplants again. 1-year rate 89.4%. Age smoking significantly increased However, history taking anti-thrombotic agents showed statistically significant negative association with implants, 66% early failure 34% late initial implantation. All 8 re-failed Only 3 these re-tried second all survived. The total which included 99.2%, although implantations 96.3%. Previous did not affect success next trial. Reimplantation more strongly affected by patient than factors. Therefore, each patient's specific need be meticulously controlled achieve successful reimplantation.
