초록
A retrospective observational study. This study investigated the clinical and radiological results of minimally invasive (MI) vs. open transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) in patients with single-level spondylolisthesis over a 10-year period.Few studies have compared follow-up outcomes between MI-TLIF TLIF.We retrospectively collected outcome data who underwent TLIF procedures using an MI (n = 108) or 53) approach. Fifty-two (48%) 31 (58%) groups, respectively, completed follow-up. primary included Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) as well visual analog scale (VAS) scores for back leg pain at baseline 2, 5, 10 years postoperatively. The radiographic rate incidence secondary surgery due to adjacent segment disease were assessed postoperatively.Intraoperative blood loss length hospitalization significantly lower group than group. At 2 postoperatively, ODI VAS No significant differences found two groups Radiographic rates prevalence not different postoperatively.Efficacy degenerative is comparable that period. However, may superior perioperative recovery 2-year postoperative functional TLIF.
